Pumping at office

• Pump at lactations rooms or if those aren’t available then at a place most convenient to you.
• You may also use poncho for convenience while expressing breast milk.
• Breast milk can be stored in milk bags or bottles in the office refrigerator (if available) or you may also keep it in ice packs.
• Clearly label the breast milk bags/bottles if they are placed in refrigerator.
